The more we come to know and accept ourselves, the more fulfilling our lives and our relationships become. My name is Dede, and I am here to help you on your journey of self-exploration.
Together, we will identify your core values and beliefs along with your wants, needs, and dreams. Using what we discover, we will set attainable goals that will lead to sustainable change. We will identify triggers, reframe thoughts and feelings, and move towards living a life more aligned with who you truly are.
